The old man who, on his lunch break, was hit by a protester has died. None of the protesters have expressed any sorrow for his death. It appears that they are trying to ignore it and not take any responsibility for his death. But it is still early on Day 5 of the violence and we will wait and see.

The old man, upon his death, stood before the throne of God for his judgment. We don’t know what the judgment for it is far beyond us to even judge God and His actions.

Those who threw something at the old man will one day have to face God and account for this and all their actions in life. We fear that it may not go well for the poor souls whose actions will be on trial.

This should be a reminder that God can call us anytime and demand an account of our lives. We should be ready for that time but we fear that most of us are not even close to ready.
