Right words; wrong idea

China’s top man in Hong Kong recently wrote an sent a letter by email to local members of the National People’s Congress, China’s legislature, and top legislative advisory body the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, calling on them to stay calm and fight for the mainland and Hong Kong with “faith, love, and unity”.

We couldn’t agree with him more in those words. But we disagree with him for his ideas. Faith, love, and unity should be under the direction of God and His commandments.

It should be a faith in God for His divine providence; love of God, and our fellow man, as well as unity, to promote God to the rest of the world and to appease the wrath of God in the current health crisis.

However, we believe that to China the words of “faith, love, and unity” can only mean one thing. Faith, love, and unity to the Communist party. This is sad since the Communist party can do nothing for ours or their salvation and the promotion of God to all.
