Women’s Day

March 8, 2025 by No Comments

8 March is International Women’s Day. It is supposed to honor all women and show how wonderful how they contribute to society. In this, we see nothing wrong with it.

However, people will talk about their mothers, wives, scientists, government workers, and others. For the most part there is nothing wrong with these people. But they tend to be of a secular nature and while some do go for the benefit of society; other women (such as communists and abortion advocates) tend to downgrade it and should no be honored for what they do to destroy society.

In any case, most will forget the most important woman of them all – The Blessed Virgin Mary. For it is her that God not only made her Queen of Heaven, but also the destroyer of Satan and all of his evils. No other woman can this be said about.

Yet, most will go around the day and forget her and how important she is to the salvation of souls. But, if they do remember her they will often try to downplay her and say she was never that important or she was just a figment of a fictional book (the Bible).

But for those of us who believe in The Blessed Virgin Mary we know that she can ask her Son for many things and He will respond.

Let us honor The Blessed Virgin Mary on a day that honors all women. We should not forget her. Rejoice, Oh Virgin Mary, rejoice a thousand times.
