Easter thoughts

Easter has come and gone in Hong Kong and most of the city could care less. It was just another holiday for them and nothing more. However, China continues to tighten its control on Hong Kong by passing election laws that make it difficult for anyone who doesn’t agree with China to even run for office. China is also working on its hold in both the education and press. The leaders of Hong Kong couldn’t care less about what the effects will be.

We suppose it is only a matter of time before China goes after religion like they do in China. Perhaps they will either close down places of worship (of all faiths) if they go against what China says. Or they will force those places to agree to let China control what is said and believed.

Communists hate religion especially the true faith. For it is the true faith that reminds them that there is a God who is in control of the world. And that one day those leaders will die and have to stand before the judgment seat of God. They will answer for their falsehoods and for all the people they have led away from knowing the true faith. Then it will be too late for them to change and only then will they know the truth.
